Redbacks Pre-season Clinic
Join us for a fun and supportive pre-season clinic where we’ll practice football fundamentals and work as a team as we lead into our seasons.
This clinic is perfect for beginners who want to get a taste of AFL, those who are interested in or new to the Redbacks and those eager to continue to refresh and develop their skills.
Led by MPFC senior players, this clinic will be held every Friday evening from 5pm to 6pm in March (6th to 27th) at Tom Perrott. The cost is $80 per player for all 4 sessions. The canteen and bar will be open.

Pie Night
Pie Night is our season commencing tradition of welcoming and celebrating our graduating Auskickers and new players as they join the Redbacks.
Year 3 players will be presented with their club bag, jacket and water bottle. New players from other grades will also be provided their bags, if registered in time. For other new players their bags will be provided prior to or during the season.
This year Pie Night will be held on Friday 27 March from 6pm at Davis Pavilion (Tom Perrott Oval). The bar and canteen will be open and a complimentary pie for registered Redback players.
Mouthguard Fittings
The team from Dental Esthetiques will be at Tom Perrott on Friday 27 March from 430pm for mouthguard fittings. This is the last evening of the pre-season clinic.

Redbacks Strength & Conditioning Program
In 2026 we are trialling group pre-season training sessions for Year 6 to 12 boys and girls. These are age-appropriate sessions, coached by Joel Whelan (qualified Personal Trainer & founder of Athletify) and assisted by Steve Wilby (over 250 league games with MPFC and pre-season clinic coordinator).
Our goal is to provide a foundational launchpad for young footballers, helping them improve, strength, speed, agility, coordination, and movement in a safe and engaging environment.
The session time for Years 6 to 12 is now Monday 430pm to 515pm. We will be looking to split into two groups during the session time.
Remember this is subsidised by the club and free for players to attend.
Active Kidz School Holiday Clinic
Active mornings full of games, sport and fun for 8 to 11 year olds at Tom Perrott.
When: 9am to 1pm on January 20th to 22nd 2026
Cost: $130 per child (for all 3 days)
Who: Age 8 to 11
What to Expect:
Fun-filled mornings with rotating sports and games
Footy, cricket, kick ball, team games and more
All skill levels welcome, no pressure
Friendly, local coaches with professional experience
A portion of proceeds will support Mosman Park Football Club fundraising.
