To assist in preparing and inspiring our players from Years 6 to 12 for the 2026 season, Joel (qualified personal trainer and Founder of Athletify and Steve (over 250 games with Mosman Park Senior Football Club) will deliver age-appropriate Strength & Conditioning sessions at Tom Perrott Reserve.
Our goal is to provide a foundational launchpad for young footballers, helping them improve strength, speed, agility, coordination, and movement quality in a safe and engaging environment.
We focus on building confident, athletic juniors who can progress into stronger, faster and more capable teenage athletes.
The sessions will be held for 6 weeks on Monday evenings at Tom Perrott from 2 February to 9 March 2026. Group A is Years to 9 from 430pm to 515pm. Group B is Years 10 to 12 from 520pm to 605pm.
Each group receives a 45-minute structured S&C session, built for fun, development and progression.
As our first session and trial this is being funded by the club. Places are limited.
